By Commissioning me you agree to the following:
• Payment must be sent through PayPal
• Commissions must be paid in full after the sketch
Will Draw:
• Any Anthro Species
• Any Feral Species
• Any Dragons or Stange Creatures
• Gore, Heavy Gore may Incure an Upcharge
• LGBTQ+ Characters / FlagsWon't Draw:
• Mechs
• NSFW
• Hate Speech
• Humans
Commission Terms:
• I can refuse a commission for any reason
• I can cancel a commission for any reason, if paid you will recive a full refund no matter progress made
• You must have an unshaded digital reference of the character you want drawn, watermarks are fine
• Major changes can only be made in the sketch phase
• I still have the copy right to my art, commissions are likely to be posted and may be used as examplesYou Can:
• Repost art with credit
• Create personal prints or copiesYou Cannot:
• Use my art for monetary purposes, including NFTs
• Make major edits / changes to my art
• My art cannot be used in any kind of AI
Design Terms:
• You must have a ToyHouse to own one of my designs, I am able to provide codes if nessicaryYou Can:
• Change the design
• De-Species, in accordance with any species regulation if applicable
• Repost art with credited
• Use the design for monetary purposesYou Cannot:
• Remove my designs from ToyHouse
• Resell for money unless paid for or art is added
